Common questions
Do I need an account?
No. ComebackPath V1 does not require an account.
Is my data uploaded to a server?
No. ComebackPath V1 is local-first. Your onboarding profile, surgery date, check-ins, session completion and weekly progress are stored locally on your device.
What happens if I delete the app?
If you delete the app or clear app storage, your local data may be lost.
How do I reset my local data?
Use the reset option inside the app. This clears your local onboarding profile, check-ins, session completion and weekly progress from that device.
What if my app information looks wrong?
If your surgery date, recovery details or check-in data are wrong, update or reset your local data in the app.
If the app appears stuck or incorrect after a refresh, try closing and reopening it. If the issue continues, contact support with your device type and a short description of the problem.
Is ComebackPath medical advice?
No. ComebackPath is a support and tracking tool. It does not diagnose, treat, provide medical clearance or replace your physio, surgeon, doctor or clinician.
What should I do if I have medical questions?
For recovery questions, pain, swelling, restrictions or return-to-sport decisions, speak to your physio, surgeon, doctor or clinician.
For urgent symptoms, seek urgent medical help or contact emergency services.

- Any steps you have already tried
Do not send sensitive medical information unless it is necessary for the support request.
