1. About ComebackPath

ComebackPath is an ACL recovery companion app. It is designed to help users organise recovery information, complete check-ins, track rehab sessions and build consistency.

ComebackPath provides education, reminders, tracking and general rehab support.

ComebackPath is provided by ComebackPath Ltd, trading as ComebackPath.

2. Not medical advice

ComebackPath does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, provide medical clearance or replace a physio, surgeon, doctor or clinician.

You should follow the instructions given by your clinical team. If anything in the app conflicts with advice from your clinician, follow your clinician’s advice.

3. No emergency use

ComebackPath is not for emergencies. Do not use the app to decide whether you need urgent care.

If you have severe symptoms, sudden weakness, chest pain, difficulty breathing, symptoms that feel unusual or concerning, or any other urgent concern, seek urgent medical help or contact emergency services.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the app. You should:

5. Recovery differences

ACL recovery can vary. Meniscus procedures, LET, graft type, other injuries, pain, swelling, strength, confidence and clinical restrictions may all affect your plan.

ComebackPath uses general recovery support and simple tracking. It cannot know every detail of your medical history.

6. App availability

We aim to keep ComebackPath available and useful, but we may change, pause or remove features over time. The app may not always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.

7. Local data

ComebackPath V1 stores data locally on your device. It does not require an account and does not upload your recovery data to a ComebackPath server in V1.

If you delete the app, reset local data or clear storage, your data may be lost.

8. Subscriptions and payments

ComebackPath may offer a paid annual plan in the future. Any paid plan should be shown clearly before purchase.

If an annual plan is offered through the App Store, billing, renewal and cancellation will be managed through your Apple account settings.

This section is a placeholder and should be updated before any paid plan is launched.

9. Intellectual property

ComebackPath, including its design, text, structure and app experience, belongs to ComebackPath Ltd or its licensors. You may use the app for personal recovery support. You may not copy, resell or misuse the app.

10. Limitation of responsibility

ComebackPath is provided as a support tool. We work to make it useful, but we cannot guarantee a specific recovery outcome.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ComebackPath Ltd is not responsible for loss, injury or damage caused by relying on the app instead of professional medical advice.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the app develops. If the app changes materially, the terms should be reviewed and updated.
